Shipping and Returns
REGULAR SEASON ORDERS:
Typically ship 3 to 5 business days after order date.
CHRISTMAS SEASON ORDERS:
Christmas Season orders ship December 1-14 and we ensure orders are shipped before the North Pole post office deadline. While we can't guarantee Christmas delivery due to the nature of holiday mail, we have encountered very few problems.
Some orders ship via First Class Mail and tracking is not available. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
POSTAL DELAY POLICY:
We ensure all orders are shipped before the North Pole post office deadline. We do not issue refunds for postal delays or orders arriving late as a result of the post office delivering your letter or gift late. Because we follow USPS (U.S. postal service) shipping guidelines, postal delays become the responsibility of USPS and you will need to contact them directly for inquiries regarding a possible refund.
Capped at $50.00 for Priority Mail, however, you may purchase additional coverage. Insurance does NOT cover postal delays and postal delays are the responsibility of USPS. Contact USPS directly for inquiries regarding a possible refund. We do not issue refunds for postal delays or orders arriving late as a result of the post office delivering your letter or gift late.
Returns only allowed on prints, returned at owner's expense, in "new" condition within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. No refunds will be given if prints are damaged or soiled/stained - we recommend purchasing insurance with your return.
No returns on original artwork or products.
